Big Girl Room: Revealed

I had hoped to get every little detail in place before I revealed Avery's Big Girl Room, but Justify Fulltime has really crept up on me. So, without further ado...
I have some thoughts on the finished project, but first, I'd like to hear your (honest) take. I'll be back next week with all the deets, but in the meantime, let the comments fly!

Speaking of flying...We take to the friendly skies tonight for Texas, and I know it'll be a few days before I get back into my blogging groove - getting settled in, adjusting to time changes, and just enjoying being Home. I can't wait to jump into the Christmas spirit!

It's wonderful Alison! I love the patterns you found in in pink and blue-and the map looks so pretty above her bed. I can imagine her looking up at it and daydreaming away to Paris!

I really like it. The lamp shade doesn't look right. It's not the right shape. And my need a little ribbon trim to tie it together with the room. I love the color combo! Have a nice trip to Texas!

It looks fantastic! I love how you mixed prints with the floral bedding and the striped pelmet/table skirt. They work perfectly without feeling matchy-matchy.

Have a safe flight, Alison! It's snowing here in Houston today so hopefully you'll get to enjoy a bit of "real" Christmas weather during your stay here in TX!

Nice work, Alison! Okay, my favorite details are: the gold picture frame, the striped pelmet box and the pink trim on the white curtains and the table skirt. You did a great job!

Really cute. All of it. I have one minor comment..I love that map and I think it sorta gets lost bc it almost looks like it matches the bedding, but I know that is your focal piece of artwork. Do you see what I mean? It's still unbelievable precious...the pelmet box, the skirted table, the headboard..the trim on curtains. Really wondey job!
