That was quick, right? (Lamp gods are smiling on me this week)
A little hasty, and probably not permanent styling. (Little paws abound at Casa G)
Terrible lighting for impromptu photo session = arrggghhhh
Next up on this vignette: cooler fabric for that slipper chair.
Boy, you hit the ground running! And you're off to a fabulous start!
ReplyDeleteBlack shade was a good choice. Love the colors together. I see a lot of ginger lamps at goodwills but never a pretty color one. They are always mauve!!!!
ReplyDeleteit looks gorgeous!
ReplyDeletelove the lamp paired with the art!
ReplyDeletehooray for projects moving along.

ReplyDeleteway to go! It's funny because I could picture the whole exchange. So glad that you were able to get something that worked. Of course it turned out beautiful!
ReplyDeleteThat one is my favorite! Love the blue.
ReplyDeleteLove the blue of the lamp- perfect!!
ReplyDeleteNothing gets me like a well done vignette! So beautiful! Can't wait to see what you do with the chair!
ReplyDeleteYour artwork? Bold choice on the lampshade.
ReplyDeleteWhen are we going to see the rest of the room?

ReplyDeletelove it! well done.
ReplyDelete;)
ah, very happy!
ReplyDeleteI inherited 2 identical lamps from my great aunt. They respond very well to gloss spray paint. So if anyone else sees any similar ones at Goodwill - don't let the color keep you from purchasing them!
ReplyDeleteMuch bettah! Love the dramatic black shade.
